Hana Kagaya

A girl who is almost like a detective in that she is a source of information and knows everything about the life of any specific person. She appears to be a fortune teller, but her rate of accuracy is terrifying. It's unclear whether she uses the information to pass herself off as a fortune teller or whether she uses her fortune telling to obtain information. She has a sleazy side and will charge a lot of money to make money off of her abilities as a fortune teller.
