Kusame Otomiya

He is Haine's step brother. Secretly, he fell in love with her at first sight when Haine was introduced, and refuses to call her "Nee-chan" for that reason. Kusame is a silver, honor student and vice president of Imperial Academy Junior section's Student Council.
