Kawayanagi Tsurezure

Haru-ojousama's classmate. Dressing in showa fashion and being interested in Rakugo, he is referred to as a highschooler that seems out of place in this era. He is quite aloof, and often spaces out while staring at the sky. This causes his peers see him as a weirdo.
