Psychi Lethe

Psychi Lethe is the President of the Mana Association and one of the three original members of Tria (now Tessera). He is also the person who raised the High-Risk Group Mana Possessors Ran, Senika, Kasin and Nori.

Psychi is an ambiguous character. At the beginning of the story he is introduced as a caring "father" figure to Ran and the other 3 High-Risk Group Mana Possessors he raises in the Stagnant Space, but in the progression of the story his actions become more and more questionable. He knows a lot, including things about Senika's death, yet pretends as if he doesn't know anything and even instructs others to do the same. Psychi actively interferes with investigations to prevent the cases to be solved.
