Ha-Yun

Hayoon is an officer in the 2nd Weneritana Department. Together with Ryu she concluds that Mr. Penguin must be Ran Bellenepia and later sells the information to her brother Hajeong to get part of the bounty. While she's good at her job and judging a crime scene, she repeatedly fails to look through her brother's manipulations and always ends up being taken advantage of by him.
