Description :
Golgo 13 summary: The discovery of Project Babylon, an unfinished cannon capable of launching a shell 600 miles, was made by UN inspectors in 1991. In 1995, the Clinton administration became aware of a second, hidden Iraqi supergun that was now operational and had an even longer range. The only options to neutralize the threat were either through an airstrike or by sending in Golgo 13. The story then takes us back to 1979 in San Francisco, where a hit-and-run accident coincides with a mob boss's fear that he is Golgo 13's next target.
