Jigokudou Reikai Tsuushin summary: Tetsushi (a 5th grader delinquent who rules over the students of Jouin elementary), Ryuuchin (Tetsushi's right hand man) and Tsuda (their sometimes-ally), are known to everyone in town as the "three evil prankster kings."
