My Tentative Name summary: Upon regaining consciousness, the main character finds himself in an unfamiliar dwelling with no recollection of his identity or whereabouts. As he explores the abandoned abode, he stumbles upon the remains of a decapitated woman whom he assumes to be a complete stranger. Before long, he is rescued by a woman named Shio who addresses him as "Iori." However, he cannot be certain that this is his true identity.
